Having previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Lawmaks, a prestigious international law firm, Babak has honed a strategic mindset and an innovative approach to business development that is poised to drive forward the vision and mission of Arcasia Advisors.

J.R. Mitwasi, COO of Arcasia Advisors, is a pioneering force in the EB-5 industry. With a Beverly Hills real estate license and a lineage rooted in realty, J.R. advises global investors on strategic U.S. EB-5 investments. He's orchestrated multiple $100M+ commercial real estate projects and is a master in all facets of development, from acquisitions, entitlements, construction, job creation, operations and asset management. J.R.'s network includes CEO’s, Presidents, CFO’s of established companies, top equity providers, and private investors across the globe, as well as the most reputable U.S. law firms. He guides investors to secure top-tier U.S. investment opportunities with EB-5 Regional Centers and Real Estate Developers having proven track records.
Irish Dagoc
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Irish Dagoc is the Operations Manager at ArcAsia Advisors. She is fluent in English and Tagalog and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration from Central Mindanao University, Philippines. She has been working in the same field for over 6 years and is utilizing her innate interpersonal skills and experiences in handling each client with utmost care. Irish is First-Assistant to ArcAsia Advisors’ CEO, Mr. Babak Hojjat, JD. She supervises and ensures performance accuracy and efficiency. Irish values and cares for each client, is a perfectionist, and an absolute asset to ArcAsia Advisors.

Aisha Esmaeilzadeh is the Head of Marketing at Arcasia Advisors. With a diligent and creative approach, she brings three years of hands-on experience in crafting compelling written and visual content to drive successful marketing campaigns. Aisha is known for her proficiency in managing multiple social media accounts, overseeing content creation, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with audiences through direct messages and comments.
As the Head of Marketing, Aisha is skilled in developing comprehensive content calendars, monthly plans, and strategic marketing initiatives. She has a proven ability to devise effective social media strategies and contribute to the overall marketing objectives of the company.

Yalda Arshadi

Yalda Arshadi has over a decade of experience in the U.S. immigration field, with a diverse background that includes both legal and advisory roles. She spent five years at a U.S. immigration law firm, gaining invaluable experience in the legal aspects of immigration and investment processes. For the past five years, she has been a key member of ArcAsia Advisors, where she analyzes investment projects and assists investors in selecting opportunities that best align with their individual needs and financial objectives. This unique blend of legal and advisory experience enables her to provide comprehensive and well-rounded guidance to clients.
Yalda's proficiency in English, supported by a BA in English Literature and an MBA degree, is particularly advantageous in her role at ArcAsia Advisors. Throughout her career, she has achieved significant milestones, including successfully managing numerous EB-5 cases and raising over $30 million in capital for top U.S. projects from the MENA region in the past 10 years. At ArcAsia Advisors, Yalda is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and ensuring the success of each client's immigration journey through strategic and well-informed investment decisions.
